We offer a 7-day exchange from the date of delivery on unused items with original tags and packaging intact. To request an exchange, contact us with your order ID and a photo of the product within 7 days of delivery.
As most orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery, refunds (where applicable, such as for prepaid orders that are cancelled or returned) will be processed to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer within 7–10 business days of the item reaching us in acceptable condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos, so that we can arrange a free replacement or exchange.
We currently deliver across Alwar district and surrounding areas of Rajasthan, with select shipping available to other parts of India depending on courier serviceability to your PIN code.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Rajasthan and 5–10 business days for other states, subject to courier availability and local conditions.
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders above a minimum value (as informed at checkout) may be eligible for free delivery within Alwar district.
Once dispatched, we will share tracking details over phone or email so you can follow your order's progress.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional shipping charges may apply for repeated failed deliveries.
